We want you to love your dress. If something is not right, here is how returns work:
- You have 15 days from the day you receive your dress to request a return or exchange.
- Dresses must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. No restocking fee.
- Made-to-measure dresses are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
